Two-way Jira sync for work items

We run delivery in Jira but our quarterly Rocks live in Vindaris. Right now I copy status by hand every Friday before the review. If a work item linked to a Rock moves to Done in Jira, Vindaris should reflect it without me touching anything. Bidirectional, so reassigning an owner in Vindaris pushes back too.

This shipping is the reason we finally rolled Vindaris past the leadership team. My Friday status-laundry hour is gone.

Working well here. One ask: let me map a specific Jira status (we use 'Validated', not 'Done') to complete. Custom workflows broke the first sync for us.

Custom-status mapping landed in the Q1 release. You can pick which Jira status counts as done per project now.
