Roll HubSpot deal value up into revenue KPIs

Our North Star is net new ARR. That number lives in HubSpot. I should be able to point a KPI goal at a HubSpot deal stage and have the actual update itself, the same way work-derived status already does. Then I stop maintaining a parallel spreadsheet that is always a week stale.

Status update from the beta: pointing an ARR goal at a HubSpot deal stage works and it is genuinely the spreadsheet-killer I hoped for. One gap, it only reads amount, not weighted pipeline.
