Our PMO lives and dies by dependencies. I need a view that shows, across teams, which initiative is waiting on which, and flags the chain when an upstream one slips. Today this is a whiteboard photo that is wrong by Monday.

Flagging the chain when an upstream initiative slips is the whole game for a PMO. A static map is wrong the moment a date moves.

Construction lives on this. Half our slips are upstream dependencies nobody surfaced until it was too late.
